Provide deliver NHS and Local Authority Community Services. The service aims to empower the people of Essex to make healthy lifestyle choices, and live healthier lives. We will listen to you, discuss your needs and then offer you up to date help and support, to enable you to make changes. We offer support and guidance with:

- healthy eating
- Increasing physical exercise
- Long Term Condition Management
- Increasing confidence, self-esteem and resilience

CAVS Ways to Wellness
Aims to improve your health and wellbeing by linking you to services and opportunities available in your community.

Community Agents Essex
A countywide network of Agents providing support to older people and their informal carers. It is a person-centred approach to understand an individual's situation, their goals and work with them to find solutions. We work alongside established community groups and organisations to connect people back into local life, maintain their confidence and sustain independent living.
