The CCGs in mid and south Essex have been working closely with partner agencies to plan for leaving the EU. This is to make sure health and social care services continue with minimal or no disruption upon leaving the EU.
Nationally, the NHS and its suppliers are working closely with the Government to make sure medicines remain available throughout the process.
Locally, Mid and South Essex CCGs are members of the Local Resilience Forum, a partnership made up of public services including the emergency services, local authorities and the Environment Agency. We are working together to mitigate disruption to our county as we leave the EU.
On this page you will find links to the most up-to-date information on plans for health and social care and day to day services that are in place if the UK leaves the EU without a deal on October 31, 2019.
