In July 2018, Arden & GEM Central Support Unit (AGEM) took over responsibility for providing Information Technology (IT) and telephony support for all Essex Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) and GP practices.
Following a significant amount of preparatory work, AGEM are planning to migrate all Essex CCGs to AGEM’s environment over the period of 25-28 January 2019.
This means that Castle Point and Rochford CCG will be affected operationally, closing early at 4pm Friday, 25th January.
The CCG anticipates that its IT services will be affected up to 1pm on Monday 28 January, although resumption of clinical and patient facing services will be made a priority.
Our phones will be answered during normal office hours (unless technical problems arise), but access to IT will be very limited and you may therefore experience a delayed response.
